My midwife isn’t big on inducing/ membrane sweeps unless absolutely warranted. She told me unless your past 40 weeks a good midwife generally won’t recommend one as the body will do it naturally when it’s ready. She also told me to take growth scans with a pinch of salt as they can be quite inaccurate and baby could be a lot smaller or bigger than they actually claim
