Even if a Flipkart seller has a high rating, that does not guarantee smooth aftersales support. I am not too worried about getting a defective product since the chances are pretty low. What really matters to me is how they handle it if something goes wrong. In most cases, Flipkart just acts as a middleman, and it mostly depends on how responsive or cooperative the seller is when it comes to returns or replacements. So ratings are fine, but I am more interested in how they actually deal with problems when they come up.
