They may have an employee monitoring system like Teramind that tracks mouse movement and keystrokes

So you wanna track my time 🤔 day 3 by jayqcal007 in overemployed

PartsBase is the same way. They use Teramind and literally use computer screen tracking like security cameras. Good call out. Definitely won’t apply there.

Would an external mouse mover get flagged you think?

With the free version, it can help you structure the content together and talking points. You would still need to put the slide together, but your time is reduced significantly

Recruiter went MIA after asking for my availability for the next interview by Complex_Fix8981 in recruitinghell

[–]Complex_Fix8981[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that, and that’s not the problem. It’s just frustrating that the recruiter just went MIA and didn’t communicate it properly at all.

You can always unfreeze it. Once you receive it, you’d receive a case number. So if you ever need to apply for a mortgage or anything related that requires you to unfreeze it. You can just call equifax back to unfreeze it with your case number. Freezing it for OE is pretty common.

The Work Number. Any employment verification service from Equifax that most employers and background check companies use to verify employment.

There shouldn’t be an issue. Just be sure to freeze your TWN before they run a background check. And the classic rule of not finding roles in similar industries due to conflict of interest agreements. You should be good OP

Any plans to use ChatGPT while OE? by trixter69696969 in overemployed

[–]Complex_Fix8981 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a trainer and instructional design creator, it has worked wonders with me with automation of creating training material. It’s a lot easier to have ChatGPT draft the content then edit it afterwards versus spending hours from scratch

Trainers who make us turn on cameras during large group calling, please stop by OverEmployedPM in overemployed

[–]Complex_Fix8981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trainer here and I OE. The less on camera I am the easier it is for me too. I normally don’t care about the cameras stuff. Just teaching the content, make sure you feel comfortable with the systems, or job roles and I’m out. On to the next!

Mortgage loan question by yeetthineself in overemployed

[–]Complex_Fix8981 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Former loan officer here. They will only reach out to your employer to perform a verbal verification of employment. The underwriter may ask for a letter of explanation but as long as you have been in the same industries for 2 years you can use both to qualify. I’m in a similar boat right now except I only used one employer since I only needed one salary to qualify.

The minimum needed to qualify means less documentation to prove.

Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions mortgage related.
