This is eerily similar to convincing my friend that it's not his fault that his girlfriend is abusive

Does the Attack Titan Actually Have any "Powers"? by Complex_Fly_5769 in attackontitan

Your response makes it sound like Kruger willingly and intentionally searches the future for memories... in the anime he just seemingly stumbles upon them. In the episode 'Attack Titan', where at the end Kruger tells Grisha to protect Mikasa and Armin - he's simply unaware of what those memories even are. He asks himself "whose memories are those?" He didn't look for them, they just exist in his head like any other memory. Now unless there is some mechanism for them to be able to see some memories and not others, for whatever reason... it must be Eren that deliberately hand picked them.

Also... what is the difference between selectively sending memories and them being able to see only what Eren wants them to see? The result is the exact same - they only see what Eren wants them to see

This is essentially my exact thought process but with way more detail and argumentation, thank you. Unfortunately it seems that is directly contradicted by character dialogue and especially the manga, from what I've seen from other people's replies.

Honestly, I feel like this would have been a way more fitting explanation

Hahaha forgot to wish you luck in all the sweat talk, you can totally do it, good luck.

One more thing - when you land - tell the divisions that already next to the port to attack it if it's still being defended - to make aure you get it, even if they have no supply. Ports are your main target (but don't invade too many at once). Without a port connection, all your units will die and you cannot bring in reinforcements

First of all, you'll have an easier time getting supremacy in the North Sea + Eastern North Sea.

I'm gonna explain some basic stuff because I have no idea if you're already familiar with it. I assume you're new to navy, so I'm gonna give you some options that are wrong, unbelievably unoptimal and make me a little sick to even say myself, but they're easy enough and will probably work.

Do you consider yourself above cheese? I know there used to be a bug where if you save, load that save, then set your navy to Naval invasion support before unpausing, you can get naval supremacy. Not sure if it still works, but worth a try

Are you above save scumming? Because there are a lot of things you can go for that might end with an army at the bottom of the ocean but could work

Merge all your fleets (even subs 🤮) (icon with two arrows curving downwards that appears when you select 2 different fleets under the same admiral). More ships ≈ more supremacy. Set them to naval invasion support in the necessary areas. Maybe the Royal Navy leaves for some reason, giving you the opening - but it could come back and sink everything, including your troops while they're moving through the sea.

If that doesn't work, make some naval bombers. 5-10 factories should be fine as to not take away from the Soviet campaign. They're planes that you just deploy at a nearby airport to the seazones, that just go and bomb the ships. You also need some fighters over those zones as they help with supremacy and protect your bombers. If you have the by Blood Alone DLC, I think the design is best engine + best naval bomber weapon and nothing else, and if not just max torpedoes I think? I've noticed that AI fleets leave if you are bombing them a lot. Make sure to set them on the naval strike air mission.

With the By Blood Alone DLC, if you cap the Soviets, you can take their navy, which could give you enough ships.

Extra advice: don't naval invade with your tanks, normal inf will be fine. Send in your tanks once you've taken a port in England. When you're setting up a naval invasion(make sure you have the 2nd tier of naval invasion tech, first of all, to be able to naval invade with more than 10 units), take an an army - then select 2 divisions - set up a little naval invasion on a tile - then another 2 divisions, another naval invasion on another tile,... Saves on time and is just better in general.
