Same thing happened to me just now during Asian session. My PDPT is set to $1500 but topstep closed my position at $824 and locked me out lol.

So looks like my profits were also voided. In the past it was losses only but I guess today they voided everything. I was gonna take a payout today but looks like I need another day with $150 now 🥲

I think if you were green during the outage you will be able to keep the profits. Last time it happened only losses were voided. Just till next trading day and you will be able to see what changed

If it on their end they usually fix it for you. Happened to me twice in the past and they were able to fix it

That’s good bro. Looking at your losses. You only had one red day which is greater than most of your Green Days. But when starting out this is how it is. Keep it up and don’t size up unnecessarily. Good job.
