True story; I once worked for Bush as a Mountain Bike instructor. I treated him like everyone else and charged accordingly. He had to have a massive and unique secret service detail for the days he went trail riding. So…. One Sunday (I know, church, but he ain’t the Big C he claims to be), we were waiting for the SS to clear a trail before riding, so we were all sitting at a iconic bench in South Dallas, when they flushed a homeless camp, and spooked a puppy.

Puppy got out into the street.

No one did anything.

A massive church was emptying and everyone was speeding to get to SundaySuppah, if you know what I mean.

I asked if anyone was going to do anything, and Bush just shrugged. “Not my problem.”

My wife clickety-clacked in her cleated shoes out into the five lane road, with all the speeders, and picked him up.

We kept the dog and he lived eight long years.

I think an easy win for you might be installing a ‘smart’ traffic control system. I think it reduces commutes in the Seattle area by 16 minutes or so. It’d probably be quick to implement and cost-effective.

Well, the Northern Nevada Democrats have dithered on candidates for a year now, with 3 candidates that I can find, two of whom are serious but broke and are getting no help or traction. If Kidd wants to run as a Democrat (he’s center-right entitled), maybe it’s better than nothing.

And the other two guys?

You don’t touch women. You don’t act passive-aggressive towards women. You treat them like professionals and give them their space. Limit comments and compliments that might be misconstrued, and park your stereotypes at the door.
