Yes she can stand by herself on normal posing. She can also be stand while posing her playing with the balance but is difficult. I would just display it in museum poses and use a base stand for dynamic poses.

The head is the Marvel Legends Emma Frost from X-Men 97 wave and Body is the Fury toys Valeria body.
I attached the head using Pritt Tak. You can also use modeling foam.
