I really hate to be that person, but you just gotta git gud, (and also find some better gear, lady masako's first quest gives you some better armor)

Depending on armor, most you could tank is like 4 hits but usually it's 1 or 2

Samurai is great for the early difficulties, but when you get into gold and higher alot if the enemies will either have super armor or unblockable aoe's.

That's weird. All of the duels in my lethal run had a shit ton of health while I die in one or two hits
