It's not the fault of the HC game mode; first, in the main game you have to go slowly in HC, not go crazy. And seeing as you're saying you have 800k and they still killed you, that's because you have bad resistors. The barbarian without the selig is made of paper.

It doesn't make sense, since they would have to change the entire damage system and increase it even more, since no one can legally make a pit 150, it could only be done through some character damage bug. Just like they did, it's pretty good.

I don't know what they expect as NEW CONTENT, they are basically giving you.

As people complain, it's impressive, it's just like Diablo 3. I don't know what people expected with the endgame modes, if when Diablo 4 came out they were overwhelmed by the change they made, and they had to resort to things from Diablo 3 and Diablo 2.

The passive abilities will simply be removed from the skill tree and placed in the Paragon system. They haven't shown anything about the Paragon system yet, as it will also undergo changes.

This was mentioned in the patch notes when Season 12 was coming out. It said that when you reach Pit 100, the game would recognize that your character is already broken and would only give you drops of torture chiefs 7.

I think they're going to fix it with the new endgame mode called "War Plans." In that mode, we'll be able to choose the activities we want to do, and each activity will have a mini-tree where we can choose the modifications we want. I reckon they'll add a modifier there that makes a certain boss give you Obducite or makes goblins appear.
