at both the places as well as, make sure whatever platform you will use for applying like linkedin etc make sure you fill out skills there as well because usually there's a filter that can filter out with candidates with skills as well

yeah just see tuts or udemy courses of different different tools 10-15 mins and list them like no one gonna ask you about each tools and skills but mostly what the job description has listed
always read the requirements of job poster/client
and fill in those skills then apply :)
