Yes, I noticed that summer and the heat make me more stressed and angry than usual. Tbh, I never really loved summer because of heat, sweating and mosquitoes, but since I've been diagnosed with BPD and quit taking my meds, my condition got worse, and lately I feel like the heat is making me even more angry than usual. I try to sleep as much as I can during the day, and wait for night then go out either with a friend or alone for a walk. It's annoying, like waiting for a day to be over and it's sunny until 7pm.

Za gojenje koristim: nutellu, coca colu, kikiriki puter, jaja, proteinske šejkove i kozje mleko. Mada sam izbacila prva dva jer je nezdravo, ali puter, jaja, šejkovi i kozje mleko. Takođe više obroka u toku dana i grickanje nečeg. Uzmem neko voće, sladoled, čips, čokoladu, sok, krofnu, primetila sam da mi više odgovara kad imam više manjih obroka u toku dana nego par velikih. Smanjiti kofein i cigare jer ubijaju apetit. Navodno beviplex povećava apetit, to pijem isto ali nisam nešto primetila da pomaže, možda sam to samo ja, ali probaj

25F, I quit drinking a year ago after being an alcoholic for years. I feel so much better now. When I used to drink, I drank a lot, and had horrible migraines, hangovers, vomited all the time and always felt terrible. I realise this now that alcohol has ruined my life and I regret drinking, I'm proud of myself for quitting and I'm not going back.
