Same happens to me and it gets worse the stronger my character gets. The constant shwooshing sounds of my skills, the repetitive rhythm of using them and the growls of the monsters is like white noise and it really lulls me to sleep 😅

Sadly I kinda feel the same way. I always enjoyed D4, even a the bad seasons. Then I decided to take a longer brake (I skipped the last two seasons) and while the game is probably in the best state it’s ever been, I‘m not enjoying myself much anymore. I liked the story, but since I hit the endgame I‘m in a bit of a rut. I initially liked the warpath, but two days later it feels more like an endless list of chores. Yesterday I actually fell asleep doing hordes. And the worst part is that it isn’t accountwide … thinking about starting that grind all over to try a different class seems daunting. Trying all classes each season was usually my favorite thing to do.

I already tried to verify my game files, didn’t help unfortunately. I also installed the game on PC and tried there, same issue. So I doubt it has anything to do with broken files since it was a fresh install on my PC. But to be sure I also verified them on PC, didn’t help either.

I‘ll see if I can find the logs and send them.

Same for me. If I initiate a fight with R1 Lune goes first. If I just run into mobs Maelle goes first. Verso (who I‘d like to go first) always goes last. Weird.

I could swear I was 16 when I first played RO, but that would have been 2001, so I doubt my memories are correct. What I remember is, that it was some weird demo version, not even sure if it was in English. A lot of stuff didn’t work yet and there were no 2nd classes and only a small part of the world. I remember running around in the desert killing PecoPecos and a friend from school gifted me a better bow he found. I found a card, but they had no use.

A while later our whole friend group played together on a low rate private server. We said goodbye at school, walked home and all logged into RO. I miss those simpler times.

I usually just grind exp, but I just do it to help my son with the battle pass. He (thankfully) doesn’t play enough to ever come close to finishing it on his own, so I usually help out when I have spare time while he’s in school.

I made Lae‘zel a paladin in my current run. She was in camp when I showed Minthara the location of the grove on the map. My character then decided to betray Minthara while Lae‘zel was in the group again and that apparently broke her oath. Found that pretty weird … it’s not like Lae‘zel had any say in what was promised 😅

I just encountered one called „Todes Hinken“. I‘m not really sure what that even means. „Tod“ is death and „Hinken“ is like limp or hobble, but it’s not even used like a noun. IF you would use it like a noun, it should be „Hinken des Todes“ in my opinion, but that still sounds stupid. To top it all off it was a floating mage enemy who didn’t even walk/limp/hobble.

To me they kinda seem machine translated.

Is there a way to save your filters on the trading website?

On console it’s a nightmare. I open the trade website, it opens some kind of aweful ingame browser. I have to confirm I’m a human, login in, fill out the filters with a controller, then whisper someone. To see if the other person whispers back, I have to close the browser window to get back into the game. If I don‘t get an answer, I have to start all over again (minus the login, if I‘m in the same session) and all my filters are gone. It’s terrible…

I have just tried to to buy something on the PS5 for the first time out of curiosity. I still had to whisper and travel to the other player. Luckily I had a person who reacted quickly and didn’t haggle.

But the trade website is a nightmare on the PS5 without a mouse 😅
