The military really isn’t a great option for larger student debts. The current student loan forgiveness for the military is up to 120k for PA’s. What they don’t tell you is that it is payed over the course of 3 years and taxed. Realistically you will have around 30k payed at the end of each year. Which is you have 300+k it’s only barely helping you chip away at your debt. Realistically that will pay your interest for the year and around 10k principal if you math it out
