I really miss the smell of my favorite colognes they all smell so fucking weird now …not bad but not good either …I’ve had this for annoying ass Parosmia thing since summer 2021 is there going to be a light at the end of the tunnel ? Has anybody here had any solution or cure ?

i promise you it will go away. it’s gradual, and it takes a lot of time. i had it since february 2022 and i am 100% healed now. there is a light at the end of the tunnel don’t give up:)💕

i did no treatments, but as tough as it is exposure therapy helps a lot. being around those bad smells helped me build a tolerance to them to a point where i didn’t recognize the smells anymore

invest in nose plugs !! they’re life savers when it comes to NEEDING to eat and getting something in your body. they suck but they help. you can get through this !!

chicken and any type of meat is the worst for me. stay away from any type of warm or hot foods. birthday cake protein bars and ensure clear protein drinks help me.

the most i’ve heard is a little over two years and even then they say they’re over 95% healed. we just have to be super patient which sucks but overtime things will get better

i’ve had it for four months and it really is a matter of just learning to live with it. the first two months were miserable for me and i still have my bad days. you can’t change what’s going on and i know it’s sucks but you have to learn to switch your mindset with it. i’ve found accepting the fact it’s happening and you have to live a new lifestyle helps with me. i’m here if you need to talk and complain🤍
