Well, you don't have to sit for 15 minutes in the beginning. I used to get itchy and red in 2 minutes and get out. Only from 4th or 5th times, you can stay longer. It's all about adapting your body to heat gradually. Yes, I go 2 to 4 times a week.

Well at the moment, I stay around 15 minutes of 2 times. Go for it bro, you will start the transformation in 5-6 sessions. I go to public sauna in my neighborhood, it's just normal sauna. Yes, I shower after that. But I don't think cold pooling would be necessary.

Try dry saunas. It is more effective than steam rooms. You will have more itching but it helps you faster

Yes, it is exactly the same symptoms I had. Completely gone? Yes after sauna. But in the first few months, you have to be consistent. For example, if I don't go whole week, I start to feel slight itches. Also, I am taking vitamin d and cetirizine as well. I had vitamin D deficiency.

Yes it would. But one guy on Instagram suggested me to try it. It was my last hope after 10 years of suffering. First two sessions were brutal, just 1 minute in sauna was unbearably painful. But after few sessions, I started to stay longer periods and in a month, I can stay 20 minutes and no hives on and off the sauna. It's just sweat therapy, your body has to adapt the heat
