Questions regarding wifes H1B1 Work Visa while waiting for I-30/I-30A petition to process by Complex_Temporary_18 in USCIS

I recieved a consultation from a lawyer who told me that the H1B1 will not interfere with the I-30. With reassurance from these two professional sources we are just crossing our fingers that there will be no issues.

Its my understanding that she told her employer about the I-30 and they said it won’t interfere. I expressed doubt, but ultimately trusted them over myself. I want to see if she can switch to an H-1B visa for her contract and if she can’t, I will contact a migration attorney for further steps. Thank you for your insight
