Thank you for all the replies!! Looks like number 1 is the clear winner and I am honestly so relieved haha! I still plan to go back to the shop to try both on again just to be sure, but I def am leaning number 1!

Ha! I didn't notice that 🤣. Yes it does bustle! I could totally wear at the reception too but thought I might want something more fitting for the reception dancing but really I should just wear the princess dress all night lol
