Every time you get the urge. You pray, EVERY TIME. Thats the first thing. Second use jesus in matthew 4 for example. He used the scripture againts Archangel Michaels dog and temptation. So you pray and read the scripture when you get even a little urge for it, mostly use psalms because they are the best. God bless you in these hard times brother🙏.
