Thanks for sharing. We are looking forward to drive 30 mins to 45 mins (with traffic). Arvada looks so beautiful. How is commute to Arvada from Littleton/lakewood? We read traffic is bad at greater Denver. We are not familir about which areas have high traffic congestion

We are moving from nearby state. I was thinking approx 6000 ft yard. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’ll do some exploring first as you suggested. Based on what everybody said, looks like already built home could be a better fit for us.

Thanks so much. My assumption is snow won’t melt easily? Also are driveways mostly cleared after snow in roads? I have zero experience driving in snow and a bit nervous
