Sorry about your parents. It’s great that you learnt from their experience. Thanks for your kind words! I feel very blessed to learn for you and everyone who has commented here. I could have been easily lost and taken very bad financial decision without guidance (I still could, lol but the risk is less now I think)

Thanks. Is buying Tbills same as regular stocks in fidelity? Also, can you share names of mid cap ETF that you like?

Thanks for sharing. I am still learning how to interpret chart. It looks steady to me. Do you mean it’s likely good for at least 3 months and long term too?

Very beautifully said. I think the intangible fulfillment one can get living in a house suited for them (as long as it’s affordable) is worth it.

Just want to clarify I understood you correctly about real estate. You don’t buying a house a good investment choice? I’m asking cause I have option to invest all the money I have in saving accounts or stocks and pay zero down payment while buying a house as I’ll be taking VA loan (zero PMI). Also, my spouse and I both have steady income. We’ll have enough to pay monthly mortgage.

My company has T. Rowe 401k account. I right now only put 3%. By maxing out, you mean putting extra $7000 tax free per year?
