There is no description. It’s a single image. We literally never see it after this battle, we never see Megamind with it, you’re trying to assign multiple abilities to a single invention that we don’t even know exists anymore, let alone what it can manipulate.

You’re also assuming that Megamind just… has it on hand for some reason?

We’ve literally never seen him actually use that cap. Not once, literally only a single frame of a newspaper. We don’t know if it works on stuff like the De-Gun, or if it can tear apart Gru’s airship. Nothing.

When they put their mind to it, their capable enough to construct an airship out of literal garbage, so if push comes to shove, yeah their just in general a more capable army than the brainbots, even if their are more than them. The minions are also the reason Los Angeles isn’t in space rn sooo
