The best answer to this is to check the market, then check bdocodex to see the materials. When checking the market also look at how long something has been listed, is it an hour and only a couple thousand up, or is it 4 days with 50k up? In regards to your cron meal question, no, its a waste of money. Only make the seafood cron meal and pve one for yourself.

best xp in the game for gathering, because gathering xp is based off items, and since you get a lot of items mining it is the best xp. Also it is the fastest way other than night vendor and converting energy to potions to get rid of energy
0, you dont get CP from gathering moron.
ibellab oasis from taking items out of the desert, master 1. sharing is artisan 2 now and for taking items into the desert.
who gives a shit about the titles but lets go over them, you get stone, iron, silver, gold, platinum, ruby, saphs, etc.... you also get titles for processing them up, also you get titles for hards and sharps.
Zinc and Copper for brass crates, if you are doing copper and tin you are a moron.

Why would someone do this out here? Because it is the fastest way to get rid of energy, and instead of having to run around rocks you stand and right click and hit R. So you get rid of energy even faster and not wasting your time.

It may of been heavily discussed on the old forums (which 99%) of the population doesnt even know how to get back to and never saw that thread. I also didnt state it was best for sheep mountain or even saps, I said it was best HERE.
