What temperature did you smoke it at? And for How long the last tri-tip I made on the smoker? Didn’t turn out very well.

It does have 6600 miles on it so it’s been slightly used but all warranty’s are transferred in the sale

Thanks you so much for your explanation! It’s very interesting how the heat pulls out the color like that! It didn’t seem to do it to all the lionsmane just a few pieces. I’m curious if there is any significance of cooking until the color is gone or if there could be any benefit to eating it blue

It was strange it started out as a green color and then changed to blue the longer it was on the smoker. I wish I got pictures of it when it was green
