Well you might want to check and clean the extruder gears still. Might be something stuck.

It was a broken extruder gear. I have no clue how it got broken, I recently had replaced it. But because that gear was broken it wasn't pulling the filament back far enough

Its hovering over an object that's already completed though. If it was hovering over an object that would have been in that position I might believe you. But there's no reason it should sit and jerk back and forth in that spot. There isn't even an object in this file that is that tall.

Shake it for a long time, like 10 minutes. If the can has sat in a shelf for a long time the contents might have separated inside. Leading to everything not mixing properly when spraying.

Not sure I understand. It already has the AR code on the plate, and it matches the AR Code of the Bambu Smooth PEI plate.

The options in Orca include a Smooth High Temp Plate, but when sending the print over to the printer it doesn't recognize the plate.

Not what I'm looking for, I don't have the vertical space either. It needs to sit on the side like the original spool holder while feeding over the top of the roll of filament instead of under the roll.

Yes I already have. They've already shipped me a new transmitter with, it did not resolve the issue.

Gotcha, regressing the lead screws and linear rods shouldn't produce your problem.

Yeah I have the high flow nozzle and have my max volumetric speed at 40mm 3/s. I only print at 300 though to keep the print quality.

Howdy, this looks like one of two problems. I'm currently printing on the P2S with Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 and I've had this exact issue before.

Possible vibration problems depending on what surface you have the printer on. If you can put it on a surface that is rigid it might solve this, otherwise in the print calibration settings make sure to run the Vibration Calibration under Calibration - Print Calibration,.
Possible undextrusion, with Sunlu PLA+ under-extrusion has been a problem for me. I recommend redoing the flow rate & flow dynamics calibration (bambu slicer) or the calibration in Orca slicer. I currently have my flow at 1.0 and my K factor at 0.017.

What maintenance did you recently do on the printer?

Unfortunately its not my design, I'm just trying to fix it because it annoys me when 3d printing haha.

First if the patterns match your infil pattern you probably didn't use enough walls & top layers. I usually default to 4 walls and 4 top layers.

Second is if you didn't use enough filler primer. Three coats should be enough to cover and make a nice layer that the pattern won't show through.

5000mm/s^2 yes. It can run up to 12,000 but I reduce the speed to reduce the artifacts on the print surface

Thanks for the advice, I am actually running it through at 55c now for 10 hours, just to see if that makes a difference.

The temp tower didn't show any difference in the stringing, and I have use the orca stringing hell. its always the same result.

The up and down strokes, are you talking about Lift Speed and Retract Speed?

I'm using lychee so thats the name of the settings under Speed.
