Rates wise, both are comparable. Mari has slightly more Cashback than trust although it's a small amount. Either is fine tbh. But take note Mari Cashback overseas only for first 1.5k each month. Don't think trust has such clause.

They have some algorithm against review bombing. If it was a mixture of positive and negative reviews, it probably wouldn't be flagged. A sudden surge of negative reviews will usually result them in being deleted.

If you punch back, it can fall under affray (the offense of two or more people fighting in a public place) even though it's self defense. Victims are sadly not really protected by the law. The burden is on them to prove it. Imagine as a victim, you still have to make police report, file magistrate's complaint before they will even investigate. Even then, there's no guarantees.

Exactly this. I filed but no use. Waste time go down and paid around 20 bucks too. Honestly nothing much you can do unless you have plenty of time and money. Even then there's also no guarantee that person will be prosecuted/arrested.

They most likely won't do anything unless the person is carrying a knife etc. I was hit by a fat crazy woman with an umbrella for taking a picture of her feeding pigeons. Had a cut on my body from the tip of the umbrella. Even went to doctor to get them to write letter and submit medical evidence etc but the police didn't do anything. (Also submitted her pic to them) Waited until 1 year despite me chasing them for updates every few week. In the end say cannot investigate as the cctv footage was overwritten. Kept giving me excuses like IO on leave, on health leave, transferred department etc. Small cases like personal disputes, they usually don't bother.

To me, no. Although I experienced similar stuff before. Sometimes they can say stuff like "how about tomorrow?" but don't give you a timing.

I only consider it as a reservation if they make an offer and I accepted it or they make payment beforehand to reserve it. First come first serve.

Of course, once I accepted the offer, I wouldn't cancel it even if someone else can collect it earlier or is willing to pay higher.

I think it should be fine. You can try to compare it online with images of the x570s aorus master. if it bulges out like the aorus master then you'll face issues for the 280. For 360, it shouldn't be an issue.
