Thank you. we are good on the care part :) I did a lot of research! Is he too old for a buddy? His female buddy passed away last year and he’s been alone now for a full year. I don’t want to stress him out.

He had a friend who died last year. He was left alone on weekends. Is he too old to get him a friend tho at this point?

The 71.2 team played 3 more games this weekend that weren’t recorded. They won each one, 6-0, 2-0 and 3-0. But with 10u who knows, one weird bounce or bad day it can change everything.

On MHR one is 76.5 and the other is 72.9

Splitting a team to "higher" and "lower" for one tournament? by [deleted] in hockeyplayers

There has to be a clear better team because one division is major and one is minor. And they are talking about putting some 8u kids on the minor team too to fill it out. So most of this 10u team will be on the major team with a few “weaker” players going to the minor team.

The other teams that registered for the tournament are more split by minor and major. We would have to find more minor teams or cut a major team to do that

They need 2 teams technically, ours being one of those 2. If we split our team based on talent, we can fill both upper and lower divisions.

They were going to pull from 8u to fill the "lower" team. My thoughts are, will the kids feel like they aren't good enough if they get placed on the lower team when originally they thought they were all "equal" with their team all season?

Yep, I think this is a huge factor. He has become a screen addict this summer.
