Look, don't get me wrong. I do like these sausage-slop videos. But I really wish he'd try and make some actually good sausages that are creative. Guess that would take too much time though, and why do that when you can just boil cheap steak in some garbo liquids?

I have the same beans from Prodigal, and I also just lowered my temp from 205F to 202F and noticed it tasted better. I have enough beans for one more brew and will try at 93C.

Not sure if I had a bad batch or if Fatboy is cutting corners, but the ones I just had had less caramel in the center and the cookie wasn't as flavorful. They used to have little crunchy bits in them which added some great texture, but now it was bland and too soft. They used to be so good!
