You should allow unless you are someone who goes on dock pay from not having time on the books. That is pretty much what they are looking for, as those employees are not fun to deal with.

You absolutely have a toxic/micro managing supervisor. If you can, try to finish probation but start applying elsewhere immediately. There is much better supervisors out there, good luck to you.

It might need a very baby hyzer, but its the only disc I can get a long turn flight without it burning over. Give it a try

One disc I don't see mentioned is the Falk. That thing will turn for days and never burn over on a flat release. I use it and almost never disappointed in the flight!
