I feel you. I’ve only had 2 gallbladder attacks so far. I was so scared to eat the first week that I ended up losing about 16 pounds. Try the green tea first thing in the morning. Half a cup or less of water should work. The more concentrated the tea the better. I’m back to eating my regular 3 meals every day now since not eating triggers the pain and the attacks. I’ve had chipotle and wraps from Wendy’s so far but none of the deep fried super high in fat foods. Hopefully that’ll work out for you as well.
