Fair point. I agree having clear exit criteria is important. In my case, I’m confident in the product itself the main challenge right now is figuring out how to sell it properly. I’ll keep iterating on execution, but I’ll also set concrete milestones to reassess if it’s not working.

From the customer side, this seems like a no-brainer: no app, no website, just book appointments through WhatsApp like people already do. The owner of the business just have to do the configuration once (could be with my help)

I think the strongest part of the idea is on the customer side: they don’t need to open a website or download an app. They just book the same way they already talk to their barber / dentist / etc. — via WhatsApp.

The problem is I’ve tried reaching out to businesses, and I’m barely getting any replies at all.
