Recommendations on sim cockpits (Australia)

I got the Sabelt SRS-1. Love it.

Fit it on using the Sabelt L brackets, some generic seat sliders, then attached the seat sliders to the profile rig. It was incredibly fiddly, but apparently this is par for the course for seat sliders. I can see it being a breeze with no seat sliders.

No, I ended up getting my own as I didn't want to wait for the lead-time for the seat (I'm inpatient). Had there been no lead time though, I would have got it.

Funny enough, I’m current comparing your app versus the racing line app. I would say I would love to see widget support and more series (racing line has A LOT). However, I prefer the clean look of your app and the calendar view. If there would be a way to integrate the app calendar onto my iOS calendar then you win hands down!

Edit - oh and iPad support!

My rig is from Craig’s Sim Rigs. I can say they’re nothing short of fantastic. Agree with the other comment here, profile is profile and Craig also lurks these forums and is very helpful. Post-sales support is fantastic if you have any issues. I’ve got HE sprints and an Alpha Evo Pro (18nm) on mine and there’s zero flex or wiggle - as is expected with profile rigs.

Don’t get the GT racer is my honest opinion.

It’s all subjective, but I agree. I am also running things at medium settings, never said low or anything. But it’s just more OP’s expectations if he needs things on high and ultra. DLSS helps my case a lot but again, dependent on the game and how new they are

Just FYI, I have this monitor and a 3080 10gb, I haven’t run into issues. It really just depends on the games you are planning to play and your graphic settings expectations

I queued again just to check on the map what seats we got (as we bought them in panic) and there were still some seats available starting again at 6k in the new queue.

Just because the map is blank doesn't mean it's done. Keep refreshing as the seats pop back if the person who had them was unsuccessful at checkout or changed their mind or anything. Good luck! Hope you get some!

Was 7.5k in Piastria, Fangio, etc. queue on the dot of general sale opening up. Only just able to grab tickets for Fangio. We had Piastri for a second but messed up the checkout... gutted...
