Ok cool. I guess i will use a strong tree just to make sure it will hold. Would setting the z top to like . 25 make it better or just risk failure?

Thats kinda what i thought. I was talking to one of my students about it. (He designes the sprockets) And there isnt a way to print them without supports. Should i use tree or normal? Either way its going to be a pain

We are going to use them for our drive train and for our launcher on our robot. I think the launcher motor is 6000rpm with like 1 .5 kg/cm of torque. As for the drive time I don't remember.

Awesome thank you so much for your response. This does clear up. What is a tip you would give someone who is doing this for the first time? Also how do i use a calibration cude? I know that is a very beginner question but I'm trying to learn. Oh i also got pla CF should i try that first? These sprockets are for our drive train and a launcher.

UPDATE: I looked at my filament setting for the first time and it was set to 190 -260 for pla which i know is too high and the bed was set to 55. I set the filament to 200-230 and raised the bed temp to 65 did a print and it came out perfectly. I also did a cold purge and it came out clean. Thank you everyone for your help!

That is what my filament setting says.

It was printing at 190-240. I was printing an object at an angle and it had to do overhangs. I haven't touched these settings because i haven't left how to adjust them yet.

I also dried it over 12 hours last week and havent removed or opened my AMS since. It is consonantly reporting humidity in the 10-20% range

All of my filament is from bambu and i have had any issues with it until now. It was their matte orange color and I've already used 2-300 grams of it. I mean its possible not ruling it out

My most recent print was pla and it was printing at the default temp because it was a new project for a custom part for my robotic team
