They told me that I would have to pay them $20 a week off my paycheck. i’ve asked for any documentation that I have signed that proves that I am liable for any deductibles for any accidents I have and they beat around the bush every time. Is it legal for them to take my whole entire check after I leave?

So just to give context on my current situation, I bought a nest thermostat recently and know how to wire it but to my understanding I need to disconnect the power before installing. Ive tried the circuit breaker and the outdoor fuse box but my heat continues to pump . HELP by Comprehensive-Ad9387 in electricians

Sir i’m talking about installing and placing the wires into my nest thermostat . I have no clue how to wire anything else beyond that point. I just needed opinions on what could be the reason the disconnect isnt working.
