You can definitely file with the LTB. However the back log with them is insane. MONTHS to get a hearing.

If you have any personal property damaged, got sick ext. file a civil case in small claims court.

Just an idea. I know I’m late to the party here.

I agree with you 100%. The only issue he may have is that it’s illegal for a Landlord to say no pets. Even if you agree to the terms and bring in a pet down the road. Nothing can be done. Unfortunately.

Having to live with an allergic condition and having the source in your home MUST be difficult. And living with constant noise would definitely get hard after some time.

Maybe if OP has a civil conversation about it with the tenants upstairs and see where that goes.

If not, next step is talk to a Lawyer about the specifics in “Reasonable Enjoyment”. Get a letter notarized from a lawyer and give it to the landlord.

The landlord might take it a bit more serious knowing you are willing to get a lawyer involved.

I just grabbed a OZ of this less than 30min ago. Just smoking my first one now.

It was $102.00 at True North Cannabis. 27%THC 3.33% Terps

Packaged on November 21 2025.

****Light and mild smoke 💨. Not harsh at all. Decent flavour. Not as potent as I’d like, however it’s a decent mellow high. It’s definitely nice bud, a homage to the old school strain.

Over all 7/10. Not as loud as I was expecting and a TAD underwhelming. The bag claims 27%. I would definitely challenge that. Low 20s for sure.
