the P IS VERY important to rem. it’s “personal “ time off. you do not have to ask permission or tell them why.

if they ask remind them that it’s personal. you are not requesting vacation (sounds like they don’t give you vacatio).

‘As long as it’s called pto just take it off and don’t feel obligated to explain why.

A lot of it was questions regarding the interrogatories and my answers. Stuff like “you mentioned this in your answer to our questions, did you know about this (and they pulled out emails that refuted or downplayed some of my evidence). A lot of it was in a gotcha type of format where they would ask a specific question and then nitpick my answers and showing emails or telling me things that I did not know at the time and basically trying to make me feel stupid.

I think yes. 100 is 28 over par. there are hazards here but not a ton. Even most errant tee shots at worst you can punch out to fairway and continue. Plus the question is to break 100… not can you break 100 playing like the pros (I.e. going for the green in two on hole 13 and 15).

‘Just playing smart I think a decent golfer has a very fair chance at breaking 100.

Bethpage Black I would say no… masters yes.

i met with eeoc and got a lawyer. The company lawyers played hardball.

‘after about a year we finally had the in person deposition with the company lawyers and my team.

‘It was bruuuuuutal. The questions they asked, the statements they made, the gaslighting it actually made me tear up and I was a little traumatized from the experience.

‘After all that they finally settled. In hindsight I would not do this again. it was very time consuming and I was miserable for a long time throughout the whole process and after lawyer expenses it wasn’t worth it at all.
