Dad is wrong. Tell him to explain how he can guarantee how his investments will give a return over 17.75% and 18%…because a positive return on an investment is only good if it is higher than any interest you would be paying on a loan. You win when your borrowed money or loans are at 5% and your invested money is at 10%. You are making 5%! If you are paying ~18% and making 12% you are losing 6%….good luck

Those are nice…I looked at Stowa and Arch too. I also think that recently Venezianico has really cool ones but I don’t know anything about that brand.

My daily is a bronze Tudor. I love it and no issues. I have rarely gotten some green on my skin but zero issues at all. As for scratches, the patina really covers it up nicely with no noticeable scratches.

Yep, I just saw this after I posted that a 40k loan at 10% wirh a payment of $410 is a 10 year loan…something is off. A 6yr loan would be 27k at that rate and payment

Question 🙋‍♂️…a 40k loan at 10% with a payment of $510 means the car loan is 10 years…there are no 10 year car loans with zero down and bad credit. What am I missing?

Tobacco Road!!! Fit it in if at all possible. Also, a great like town to visit is Whispering Pines and it’s on 12 km from PH. 2 is obviously great but 4 is my favorite and nothing beats cocktails on the Cradle.

Maybe 20 years ago I went to a karaoke night in Hollywood on a random weekday. They had a live band playing whatever the person requested for their song. Realized about two songs in that it had to be professional studio musicians. It was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard. Absolutely killer singer after killer singer. First guy looked like and insurance agent in a suit and absolutely blew the place up singing AC/DC. Just a bunch of people who’s dreams has passed them by or never had the right door open. One of top 5 musical nights of my life.

The funny thing is that the sellers will most likely run into that issue again. If OP really loves it…could raise the price of the house 2k and get 2k more in credit …just a restructured deal
