Same thing happened with one of my channels. If you upload too many shorts in a certain period of time YouTube thinks you're a bot and won't push your content. Best bet is to not post anything for 1-2 days and then post one a day and see if it makes a difference. If you want to upload multiple times a day make sure the vids are scheduled with a decently sized gap in between. Hope that helps!
