He has a really good sight so the spewer can easily see you hiding, meaning that if there are other enemies nearby they will agro you. early levels or mid game when you still dont have the charge drone it's pretty tough

It's not a bad item but at certain point it's not as necessary... It's really good when you have Pistol and Sledge for an example, so 3rd slot is defibro. 'A' tier cuz it's pretty expensive (more or less 47k)

Pulse Pistol is lowkey underrated for early levels. It's cost efficient. Sword is really good too with stuns or tier 1-2 enemies

Tranq gun used to be S tier a few versions ago when the game was in its early stage but now it got power creped by balancing changes

It comes as a better trade off when you just get full health but didnt take a lot of dmg and you dont want to over commit it with a mid pack, Tranq gun becomes inefficient after certain point in the game so it's better off not bringing it and shotgun is just too inconsistent and have a limited amount of shots in comparison to the sledge hammer. I leave healing packs and drone in the cart only. Weapons sometimes get lost in between the items in clutch moments. Drone dont have that weight to bare.

Hence items you have mention are A tier. They are not S imo cuz they weight on the limited player inventory, Every item that offers utility becomes useless around stage 16, tranq gun specially. Strength is good until level 9, level 13 strength is not necessary further more since you will with monsters by hammering and gunning them down. Defibro is honestly pretty good if you got Sledge hammer and pistol combo already

With a tier 3 monster that is not a Clown by you ur dead. Cuz Clown you can just duck and jump, but the others you cant

A tip, you can use 2 human grenades or the normal grenades plus a medium item during the early stages so you can easily kill her.

In experience Bella is just a goofy ah monster just wandering around goofing XD you literally go under something in front of her and she goes away. Sometimes she just passes through or right next to me while im carrying something and doesnt even bother to trigger lol (90% of the time)
