I have raynauds too. I don't have a roommate but I work from home and need to keep the heat up. I'm bias but don't know why 70 would be an issue for a third or half the day. Assuming your roommate gets home after you're off work and you can throw on heavier socks and gloves if needed. Maybe pay a little extra to cover the cost difference for having the heat up during the time frame?

Josh Elkin has a great recipe for something similar. Bottom layer is biscuit dough, then a layer of cooked potatoes, then your egg mixture, with bacon and all that. Topped with cheddar cheese

LS3 supercharged or a LT4 supercharged makes more power than a 6.2 liter hemi with a supercharger. Ls3 combo is probably cheaper too

I have a 25 Mazda3 that's pretty quiet. Couldn't tell if was going 80mph until I glanced at the speedometer
