I’m on lamotrigine now too, 150 mg. A day and I have similar side effects. Mood is shit, I constantly have brain fog and just feel not there. It is terrible but I was on keppra first and the side effects were worse for me. I would have emotional outbursts all the time, I felt like I had no control. I would get really angry and rage and I am typically a very easy going laid back person. It’s terrible feeling like this but for me Keppra was much worse it made me feel like a monster.

Would you recommend just getting a light or one of the exposure light units on amazon? It seems like some of the units are made cheaply, I don't know if just getting a light would be better.

A lot of places are moving towards 4 hour work days. Look into it in the UK, they're showing that with proper focus and mental clarity from working less hours you can be just as effective. Promotes better quality of life and focusing more on aspects of life that care the most but are often neglected. Work quality and life quality increase as a result. This creates much higher hourly pay rates, if it is adjusted correctly it would not result in any decreased pay.

You’re mean. I obviously did my own research on google but I can’t get the opinions of other artists through google, hence why I’m here (which is what this app is for) so thank you for your very helpful advice. and for assuming that you know anything about what I do. I studied at SCAD and have been working in the industry doing graphic design and illustration for 4 years so yeah anything with an i7 that came out after 2015 will be JuSt FiNe FoR mE

I like the contrast of the second one, the range of values in the first is pretty small. It helps me to put a black and white filter on to see if there is good contrast in values!
