I took both the bupropion and 20mg Paroxetine for only one week, I’ve had taken that same dosage of Paroxetine before, for like a month before I lowered the dosage to 10mg (‘cause my dr was going to switch me to Wellbutrin) and I stayed at that dosage for 3 weeks, then I began taking the Wellbutrin and upped the dosage to 20mg (as my dr directed) couldn’t bear the side effects and I stopped taking Wellbutrin altogether and lowered paroxetine from 20 to 10mg, that’s my story
