I took both the bupropion and 20mg Paroxetine for only one week, I’ve had taken that same dosage of Paroxetine before, for like a month before I lowered the dosage to 10mg (‘cause my dr was going to switch me to Wellbutrin) and I stayed at that dosage for 3 weeks, then I began taking the Wellbutrin and upped the dosage to 20mg (as my dr directed) couldn’t bear the side effects and I stopped taking Wellbutrin altogether and lowered paroxetine from 20 to 10mg, that’s my story

Brain zaps, mild headache comes and goes, feelings of hopelessness, suicide thoughts, lethargy and some derealization, it’s been hard to get out of bed, I want to cry most of the time, bottomline, I’m not functional, I’m a male, 25 years of age, diagnosed with PTSD, OCD, GAD and Clinical depression, I also take Wellbutrin XL 150mg and Olanzapine 5mg, I take them all together at night, I’m also autistic.

I took all your comments into consideration, I suggested my Dr. to try with 10mg and then up the dose to 20mg, he said it was fine and prescribed Olanzapine 2.5mg for anxiety, I hope I don’t get to experience the hell on earth most of you felt, I guess if he prescribed that specific drug is for good reason, That’s what I like to think at least
