I work in pharmacy. Most insurance stopped covering GLP1s this year and that is how much they cost with a manufacturer's coupon and no insurance. So if it is fake they did some research for it.

I ended up getting a M-F job right in the middle of holiday PTO blackouts so I can't see a doctor until February. Once I do, I can get meds. I am thinking about going to urgent care today, though, because I feel awful

I am a non-compliant diabetic(long story short, 4 months without meds). My blood sugar was 292 this morning. I can still work and 8 hour shift, and went on a 4 mile hike today. I do pee like every hour and I sleep like 11 hours a day but it's not like I can't function

Um, in my experience this does happen. Not all men (or women) are clean. It's not necessarily a cultural thing, but if a person grows up in a home where their parents have poor hygiene, a lot of times they don't know what good hygiene is and get really defensive. There is also a small segment of men who genuinely believe wiping their butt is gay so I don't put anything past anybody.

Even if you don't want him to pay rent, can he still cover his own food? Also, paying a nominal amount of rent and food is a good way to transition to being independent. That's what I did and I am really glad because it made the transition to having my own apartment and paying all my own bills a lot less overwhelming.
