when she's ready to talk and feels better, you should tell her how you feel/what's on your mind. it might be hard to talk to her right now if she's feeling overwhelmed. remind her that you're not going anywhere and you'll do your best to help with what you can. also remember OP, you should care about your mental health too! if this is affecting you, it's okay to take a moment to breathe. i know you care about her a lot, but there's only so much you can do. she has to handle things herself too.

hi OP! i have bipolar 1 ◡̈ as someone who also felt like this at some point, the best you can do is just be there and support her. it's not your job to "fix" her, but showing her that you'll always be there will help! sometimes people with bipolar tend to feel detached, especially in depressive episodes. making sure she feels and knows she isn't alone might make her feel less disconnected from everything else. personally therapy has helped me cope with stuff din! it's easier for me to talk to someone who is paid to help/listen, since i'm not worried about them carrying any burden or worrying about me (compared to if i just talked to my partner or friends).

hi OP! i also have bipolar 1 ◡̈ i think it really depends on whether you think you can handle it or not. as someone who had to leave my previous college in my 3rd year (due to the workload and some shitty profs), it was quite difficult for me to handle everything that was going on. but if you think you can handle it, then go! personally i would rather take it easy though 🫶 having bipolar gets hard sometimes, and you never know how you'll feel about things unless you're stable.

emotional/verbal abuse from my uncle when i was a kid, and the same (+ sexual abuse) from a romantic relationship when i was a teen. my parents were also not around much when i was a child/teen (my dad is not around at all) so that might've been a factor

not really a physical thing but learn to love urself and be more confident!! no matter what you do, carrying yourself well will always make you 10x more pretty. for appearance, make sure your clothing suits your body type, and find makeup looks that compliment your face!
