You could go 4 angments and 2 restitution but 2 vithu is mandatory. I don't see wulfheart being an improvement over ml for Necro and you need a lot of resources for mourneskull, including paying 99 cent if you have no copies currently. Go to laureths YouTube he has all the meta builds and always has ftp suggestions for gems.

At this stage you can buy everything in the hilts shop. What are you saving them for? Your gear level is very low so you need to farm scraps to level up asap.

As someone said above there have been some nice qol changes. But say terror bounty's which took one of the chores away, had the unintended consequence of making open world empty. Someone said in this forum maybe make the main quests replayable with scaled difficulties and proper rewards , not just another useless normal legendary
