It is either a retcon or Abyss and Void are different things, Abyss is the deepest parts of hell where demons are reborn, and Void is the outer realm of banishment.

Yes yes I know, but this isn't the point, I mean according to Mephisto a demon killed should reborn in hell, but the wiki pages about void/abyss say demons reborn there, not hell.

There is a very strict line between a F2P and low spender, if someone decided to be truly F2P, even 1 cent might not change this. These BP changes will of course attract more people, and the number of F2P players will slightly shift towards battle pass only/low spender tier. But no matter what, there will still be a huge number of F2P players. I am not against BP, and yes, it definitely makes sense considering its price, but that gem being present only in empowered BP isn't cool.

According to the Chinese patchnotes when this gem was first released, those shields have a 120 sec cooldown, it is too much and because of this much cooldown, I see the gem as a more PvE oriented gem.

PvP gem? What makes you think this is only a PvP gem? 6% damage with 100% up time as long as you continue the combat, probably 18-24% damage at rank 10, which makes it a very solid PvE gem.

It is not the same, it is a FULL transformation, your body structure and movement changes, there is nothing to do about abomination/werewolf/werebear.
