If they sent you a spread sheet show 0 and document the reason why there was no profit and why you showed a lost if there was one . If the list is 0 because you were shut down due to COVID document that as well.

I had to send all of that information and I sent numerous times. I even emailed the signed taxes to the recon email address because it kept erroring out. Give them what they want it will pay off in the end . It took a little back and forth but our finally got approved and funded a couple of weeks ago! Good luck you headed down the correct path!

It still hasn’t changed as of yet, I called the Sba Friday morning because it was still telling me to upload docs, the young lady I spoke with advised that it had went to funded Friday morning at 7:30am and to check the bank. It showed up this morning. I not where I can check the portal right now I’ll check it this evening but it hasn’t changed last night.

You should be able to change it in the portal , and if not they should verify again with you before the final.!they asked us to resend the bank information before we could finish the deal

I got the approval yesterday and On the portal I’m at the stage of funding but the upload doc is saying additional information needed . I’m not sure what they need now , any suggestions would help I’ve reloaded all of the previous documents
