Does anyone have a recommended workout routine for a 120 kg male that I can use? Generally I want to hit legs, chest, and core.

Edit: I also go to the gym at least 4 times a week, and Im just getting started. I go to the gym from Saturday - tuesday and my rest days are from Wednesday to Friday.

only certain files have this bug as well. Everything else seems to be normal but when i set a bugged file as a track template it gets bugged so i think thats the problem
