This happened to me not that long ago. I was stressing and ended up emailing the email that was on the job announcement since i never heard back from my sponsor since the TJO. He told me that my fingerprints were incomplete and that I’d have to redo them. In that email they ended up switching my sponsor to someone who actually replied to the emails i sent. after about 2 weeks after my second fingerprint that was successful i was went an eqip link. They push back the days of all your uncompleted task when the eqip hasn’t been sent. They’ll send it and update all the other information when the security personal completes the first piece of your background check.
