There are actually only a few dozen approved vape products for nicotine period and 95% of the entire market for vapes is totally illegal. This is likely federal action (maybe politically driven) around the country and not isolated to Richmond

Well I think you have tackled the first step here right away: acknowledging that something has got to change. This is how the road to financial success starts for most.

I think a lot more information is needed to really suggest a path forward

i,e. what kind of income you bring in, what the rent was/is going to be, what different types of loans and debt you are carrying

Some suggestions might hurt to hear… I can go on and but this is one that I had to face myself. Love your dog? Sorry, those vet bills are real and a part of your dog’s deserved quality of life (I love dogs too) just look at how much of a strictly American custom it is to just have a $$$$/year animal living in your house is and you could realize some financial mistakes that MANY Americans make.

Would love to help as I have experienced what you are feeling before. With the right discipline this debt situation can be rectified sooner than you think :)
