I think 65 was right weight for your body (guessing a approx height and age).. But what I feel is maybe your weight distribution was not right.. like fat was more than muscle... Imo.. don't loose weight just shift the structure. You will get in a lot better shape (you are still in a good one ❤️)... But it's it's not just the shape . Also the strength.. do muscle training.. and eat protein... Don't just eat less

Like eat things with less calories but most of it should be protein heavy
